Canyon Country Club Colony is a mid-century modern condominium complex. It is located on S. Calle Palo Fierro (between E. LaVerne Way and E. Avenida Granada) in the historic Indian Canyons neighborhood in South Palm Springs. It borders the lush North Indian Canyons golf course and has stunning views of the nearby San Jacinto and Shadow mountains that are silhouetted through majestic palm trees.

 

The complex was designed and built by Harry Kelso in 1964 and is on leased land owned by the Agua Caliente tribe. Many units are right on the golf course and all have large sliding glass doors and plenty of light.

 

The complex consists of 38 - two and three bedroom units within 19 buildings.  Amenities include three swimming pools, a spa, private patios, plenty of outdoor common space to socialize, laundry, two covered parking pads per unit, storage that can accommodate a golf cart, and a bicycle locker.

Numerous hiking trails are a short distance including the Indian Canyons, Murray Canyon, Bogert Trail, South Lykken Trail, and Museum Trail. The area also is ideal for biking with designated bike paths throughout.
